My brother was married 5mnths back,his wife stayed with us only for 5 days..his wife filed a false dv case asking for interim maintenance,residence right ..wife is a CA ,has her own firm...can she get residence order if she stayed for such a short duration ..she says that husband has demanded dowry and driven her out and has not allowed her to enter home .
