I have sold my bike on 30th June, 2012 and signed and given Form 29,30 docs to the buyer. At the time of sale, the buyer has given me a delivery note, taking the ownership of the vehicle from me. I have also collected his passport copy as a safety.
The buyer has not yet completed the registration on his name and the bike is still in my name.
Could you please tell me on how should I proceed further so that I would not be at risk if some unwanted accidents or bomb blast incidents happen with the bike?
