That the complainant applied for allotment of Flat No.101 in Omshree Silver Valley scheme of the opp.party situated at Chamrauli, Agra for a sale consideration of Rs.17,47,000/- which was paid by the complaint to the opp. party and the opp.party several times requcsted the complainant to get the sale deed executed in her favour but she avoided the same and kept the opp.party on false promises and assurances. The opp.party is still ready to execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant in respect of the said Flat. 2. That instead of getting the sale deed executed in her favour and getting legal possession over the said flat, the complainant quite wrongfully and illegally took illegal and unauthorized possession over the said flat and she took the electric connection therein in her name on 26.3. 2018 bearing electric connection no.398100 installed by Dakshinanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Agra. The complainant is regularly consuming the electricity through the said electric.
