required guidance for getting no dues

Dear sir i am working in company from 17 yrs. I have resigned as per 1 month notice but on same day by top mamnagment is done misbehave and hot talking and he instucted for restrition to enter in company and deny from nodues and imposinging unwanted losses . Not reliving me what should i have to do
