i have got one family settlement by family suit in 1980. later in 2000 we did another family settlement for redistiribution of property. in court suit. we did not mention first partition deed as it was not implented by mutation what is the status of second settlement. all huf corponcancer have signed without amy objection second settlement is now effetively implemented kindly tell me legal status of both settlements
