Sir/Madam, I live in a rented house with my parents that is a wakf property, the wakf property (building) is being illegally constructed by a non tenant, due to that my house has become damaged, mutawali is a puppet of the non tenant, wakf board has been informed about it but no action,
what should i do to safeguard my interest ?
