I made a 11 months agreement with my tenant and the property is in my father's NAME and he and the tenant has agreed and signed along with there thumb impression....... The tenant said as he needs to get telephone connection he prepared a 12 months agreement and got signed from me, i not knowingly signed instead of my father...I would like to know which agreement is valid?....Kindly let me know....the agreement has same date,month, year...and I am not the owner of the house.

There is nothing more to make your tenant's agreement void or invalid, the very fact that you have signed it and not your father makes it void since your father is the owner of the property and you are not atleast a POA holder of your father to deal with it.
