My friend took a flat on rent in month of jan.. owner asked him too move his stuff to the flat.. owner said he will make agreement from month of feb.. My friend moved his stuff to his flat .. then due to some reason my friend canceled his plan to take flat on rent.. now owner wants my friend to pay one month rent.. agreement was not made. so pllz suggest what to do?

Thank You sir .. but i wanted to know the owner can take legal action as ther was no agreement made?
