Dear Friend,
If i have Leased my property to 4 different persons at a monthly rent of Rs.2000 each with a right to them to further sub lease without my permission,then if the four persons sublease to a single co. (n all the 4 become a part of a co.) then whether Delhi Rent Act will be applicable or not.
Pls. Answer citing relevant case laws supporting your point..

There is no illegality for all the four of your tenants to sublet to one person, as you have given all of them right to sublet. Any how Rent control act will be applicable as the transaction is rent of a building. There is no need for any citation, it is simple.

But the total rent for the building becomes Rs. 8,000 and a single Co. is using that premises....
