I want to know what benefits I have to gain from this issue. I had joined mcd as assistant teacher on 22nd April 1993.I technically resigned it as I selected THROUGH DSSSB. I relieved on24/12/2003.Same day I joined Delhi directorate of education asTGT skt. That time my basic pay was Rs5500. It was equivalent of my basic pay in mcd. If I would stay in Mcd than I could get an annual increament. Thus I had a financial lose since Jan. 2004to dec2004. Within one year I applied for counting of my past service (mcd). It take a long time. Finally in 2015 my past service was counted for all purpose by my employer. In dec2013 I got my first MACP. Am I eligible for MACP on22/4/2013 as I completed 20 years of my services if I would revise my first MACP ?Can I get benifit of double incriment as my fellow teacher got when they were promoted mcd tr to TGT in Delhi govt. schools? What are other benefits
regarding my case?
