Dear All, please me on the following issue
'A' entered into an agreement with a builder to buy a flat which is still under construction and likely to be completed by dec 2013.' A' added is wife's name as a coapplicant. A's wife is also a co-borrower in the house loan. But all the payments are being made by 'A' as his wife is non-working. Now the wife has desrted A since last 3 months due to some dispute and threatning him of dire consequences on many fronts. Is it possible to remove A's wife name as a co-applicant from agreement?
