Reluctant parents for paying their healthcare/hospital bill

My parents are reluctant to pay hospital bill beyond a certain threshold of 1lakh even when I have ensured a coverage of 2 lakh for my mother and 4 lakh for my father from my company group insurance policy.

They currently insist on that threshold or left untreated. I am the sole child and I do not want to fall into a legal issue in case they prefer to be left alone rather that getting hospitalized or arranged medical care by me. I feel they have a false notion that I am part of hospital nexus by means of which they would be exploited. They are both retired govt employees and are far well off compared to my financial standard.

Please advise how can I proceed as I know being only child I am required by law to arrange for their healthcare.

I have financial burden for my family wife and kid which I can not ignore.

You can take help from N.G.O. Non-government organisations working for the welfare of elders have welcomed the move. As per amended parents welfare act.
