Relinquishment Deed in Ghaziabad

Hello,

I was told by a lawyer in Delhi that
"Relinquishment Deed" is applicable in Ghaziabad as well & is known as "Dastvardari Vilekh". Just like "Relinquishment Deed", it does not require a stamp duty for getting the Registry updated.

Request you to advise on the procedure & formalities of the same.
