Relieving query

Dear Experts,

Before i post my query,i would put the details of my employment with you so that my query is well understood and nothing left to darkness.

1)I am a bank proffessional & have 8 years of experience in branch banking

2)Recently i joined a new bank and i had to resign during probation,Now this is a very new bank and and a cpmletely new management is at helm of affairs.I couldnt proccess the resignation through HRMS portal as there is internal system issue and therefore i took the more traditional route.I scanned and submitted my resignation through mail to concerned persons, both in chain of command and banks HR.

3)The bank has published a new HR manual in which its mandated for an employee under probation to complete 30 days of notice period. In fact my supervisor has very cunningly topped up my mail to concerned HR manager saying"Please take action as per HR norms".

4)I have been continuously following up with HR dept since the day of my resignation but no reply from them has come.To compound my grievance they arenot even taking up my call neither replying to my direct SMSs or communications through other alternate channels.

5)Till now my communications have been very crisp and proffessional & i want it to go that way but the concerned people are ignoring my pleas completely.as per the companies HR policeies as given in HR manual i shall be relieved on 21/10/2015 and therefore i am requesting the concerns to provide me with neccessary forms and other formalities so that my seperation can be completed hassle free but its feels all my effort to reach them are falling on deaf ears.

Friends i want to have your take on this matter.Would be glad if you could help me out of this situation.

Thanks & Regards

Escalate to good offices of appointing authority, MD,Chairman and  exhaust the internal options.

Is this bank member of IBA?

Are you a member of Bank employee's unions?

Is this bank registered under State Shops and estbs Act?

What is your designation and nature of duties?

Do you have copies of each month's salary slip?

What is the reason for leaving during probation?

Have you negotiated with next employer to absornb you on the strength of copy of resignation , and proof of disptach alone?
