Release deed kerala

In Kerala --

(1)  Is it necessary to sign Ozhi Muri (Release Document) to get original partition deed copies by those for whom signing on partition deed was done by authorised Power of Attorney Holders?

We 5 sons got one original document on Rs.1000 stamp paper and 4 duplicates on Rs.100 stamp papers.

Is it true all 5 must together in person sign and impress thumb impressions on Ozhi-Muri (Release Deed?) to get original registration document on Rs.1000 stamp paper for remaining 4 heirs also?

(3) 3 of the heirs are NRIs who live in foreign lands. So they authorised a Power of Attorney Holder to sign the partition deed on their behalf and it was registered as above.

For transferring their share property in name of their wives or children, Is it necessary for them to come in person?

(4) Must they bring the wife or child(ren) they intent to transfer their property to?

Awaiting clear advice.  Thank You
