Release deed by son on mothers property when mother is alive

What is the validity of the release deed executed by one of the brother, after receiving consideration relinquishing his right over the mother's property when the mother was alive and when the mother has died intestate does he have a right over the property.

your query is confusing, when it is mothers property ,she has all the right to do what ever she wants, in that case why he has to issue release deed after receiving consideration,  he cannot contest  a settlement made by his mother towards other siblings.,if at all he had relinquished his rights over the property, it is valid ,after the demise of mother, PROVIDED if she dies intestate.
