I'm going to register a nidhi company where I need declaration to be submit with affidavit. For your information
6 members are resident of uttrakhand and 1 is from Delhi . my query is can I make affidavit of all members in Delhi ? please advise
You can make but all memebers has to persoanlly present in Delhi for signing the affidaivit.
