my question is..iam selling my land to one person and i took the 25%land.wit amount. and write a agrement that with in 2 months pay the remaining amount.if you are not paying means we will cancel your bayana..if we are not registering the documents to you then we have to pay the double amount of bayana to you..now for this it will take 10 months of time.still he is not paying remaining amount and he is boundary the our land.without our intimation.and now he is not going to registering the documents and not paying remaining amount...in this case what i have to do....

How come you let him enter the land ..throw him out he is trespasser ,just file the police compliant ;If he did not paid after two months why did not issued him legal notice and cancelled the documen.
Just do it now don't sleep over the matter you will loose everything for nothing
