My name is Anurag, recently i had a stroke at workplace and take leave for one month on doctor's advice.
i am doing a tour&Management job, i had rs.75000 pending to the company as a reimbursement on my company, but they are not releasing that money from past 2 years, now after this my health issue, they are saying that those pending amount has been adjusted with the advance what company has given, as per the company policy you have to send claims within the 2 months of tour. what should i do.

If there is any amount still to be paid to you after adjustment then claim it.

Could you not submit tour bills due to stroke/sickness?
Did you submit late?
Did company pay any mediclaim to you?
