Dear freinds & Professionals i want to know who is the regulator of Health Care & personal Care Products in india ? (Ex. Like RBI is the Regulator of indian Banks) actually one of my freind has suggested me to Purchase and Promote some health care products of Vestige Marketing Privated Limited which is an indian company who manfactures Natural & herbal health care products & food suppliments etc and to promote this products between my circle and i will get some commison if other person will purchase this products on my recommendation. so my Question is :
Who is the Regulator / Authority in india who Authorise such kind of Manufacturing of such products.? & what kind of Documents or Licences they will issue to the company.
What will be the consequences penalty or Punishment if Company dont have such kind of Documents or Registration..?
