it is unauthorised - since it is constructed in the year 1987 - Each State has its Regualarisations Schemes and guide lines - You can verify with your local Body / Muncipal Corporation. Municipalities/ Gramapanchayaths and Nagarapailika etc - subject to the Concerned State Schemes for Unauthorised Building Regualrisation !
