Regular job and Regular course

Hello. I was working on contract in state govt. Lab. meanwhile I persued a regular course B.Ed. for one year where I attended classes on Saturdays which was off for my workplace, and I have not intimated about this in written to my workplace.I worked for 2 years on contract n then applied for Permanent job where 2 year experience of lab was needed. Fortunately I was selected for this which is in central govt. Now the problem arises someone has complained in ministry against me. That particular College for B.Ed. is govt. institution but every year 100s of student persue their course in non attending mode. Ministry has asked them about this case now they are asking me to submit a medical. I really seek your suggestions.

Apparently the question is attendance.

Consult your counsel in person.

Apparently the question is attendance.

You and other have attended only 1day/week.

For the issuance of admit card, probbaly the attendance was fudged.

You are being asked to submit backdated, medical certificate(s). Probably this shall also be fudged.

Consult your counsel in person, and understand 'From the frying pan into the fire' and proper remedy, if any.
