I've purchased a Plot in Ramgarh Cantt.(Jharkhand) in Aug '2012 from Smt. Shobhana Mukharjee. The same plot was purchased by Smt. Shobhana Mukharjee from Late Ram Kumar Saw in Jan '2012. During execution of the sale deed in Jan '2012, due to clerical mistake Khata No. of the plot was recorded incorrect (13 instead of 86). Thanks God the Khata 86 also belongs to Lt. Ram Kumar Saw's ancestors. And other details like Plot No., Boundries etc were correct.
Correction (Motation) was done by the Circle Officer with the same Khata (13 instead of 86) in favor of Smt. Shobhna Mukharjee and accordingly my sale deed was executed and Correction (Motation) was done in Oct '2012.
During May '2013 I've approached the Nationlized Bank for the Housing Loan and after approval of Map from Circle Officer, Encumbrance, Legal Openion etc. housing loan was sanctioned and accordingly house is complete. Installments of the housing loan is being paid by me on time and is continued.
Now i've been threatened by the other co_owner (brothers) of the property of 1st Party (Late Ram Kumar Saw) and asking for re-registry of the same plot from them. And demanding additional huge amount, which is not bearable by me.
Please advice me what should i do ? Can I claim my investment from the 2nd party (Smt. Shobhna Mukharjee) and Circle Officer etc.
