I purchased plot on 2007 but owner given wrong boundaries and location.Owner had sold property by pahani patta link document , so since no location information exist in pahani he cheated us.He even constructed house in sold land
Query:Please guide what case I can file to get my land back

yes sir registered in 2007 by pahani patta link document
