A Sale Deed with respect to agricultural land situated in Panvel is to be registered. Apart from pan card of concerned parties, 7/12 extract, index II, title clearance certificate is there any other document which will also have to be annexed to the sale deed?
Would it matter if the 7/12 extract still bears name of previous seller so far as registration of this sale deed is concerned?

As the name of previous seller still depicts in the revenue record, addtional documents like previous sale-deed, its mutation and non-encumerance certificate are also required for proper and safe side of the buyers.
