Registration of mortgage

When a single property is under the jurisdiction of two registrar i.e. Some portion in the jurisdiction of one registrar and some portion in the jurisdiction of second registrar.
Now at the time of Mortgage , How the Mortgage will be registered?
Will it be required to register it with both the Sub Registrar?
