Registration of educational consultancy

I want to start my educational consultancy.Can anyone please tell me the procedure which documents are required and in which department i have to register it.and is it mandatory to ragister the consultancy or i can run it without registration

  • Are you planning to register it as a proprietorship/ partnership/ trust?
  • Does it include a foreign education consultancy element?

Depending on the business module, the registration process varies.
