Registration

Hello,

I'm Rakesh BS from Karnataka. I would like to know the formalities to start a trading business i.e.  purchase some products in Karnataka and sell it in different states of India. 

I'll be employing 2-5 people with less than 10k salary. 

Can any one please suggest what are the Identifications that i should be having to run my business comfortably.

You will have to obtain VAT registration and CST ( if you want to purchase from out of karnataka)certificate. For this PAN no. is must.

What if I have to export some part of my purchases to different country ? 

Can any one let me know the required formalities for the same.
