we booked a flat in ecity in pre-launch offer. At the time of booking, the builder said that it will be a G+5 building. Our flat is in 4th floor. Now the builder got the approval for G+3 only. He is saying that the approval for remaining floors is under process. But the builder is offering the registration of 4 th floor flats also, upon full payment. The building is under construction. is it safe to register the flat in this condition? What are the consequences in doing so?
