Registered Leave & License is executable?

Your query regarding "executable" leave and licence, which is stated to be registered is not very clear as it has already been executed.

A leave and license agreement is an agreement wherein the licensor temporarily allows the licensee to use and occupy licensor's immovable property full or a portion of it, for the purpose of carrying business activity or residential use.

 

The agreement must be registered before the sub-registrar at the place of jurisdiction (the place where the immovable property is located).

The registered lease agreement is enforceable in  law.

thanks for reply.. My specific query is : If L&L expires on specific date / period then can I evict licensee through police or can I file direct execution for getting in possession warrant?

or I have to file case for eviction (offcourse all these things will arise in case of breach of terms)
