i own chawl shop in mumbai in 2010, i have done notary,power of attonery, but how to change name in maintaince slip of bmc as one whose name is included is 5 yr back and later on wo more have buy this property as now i this propery, i went to consern agenct, lawyer for that no one given any solution.
plz say the solution for this
