Regarding updation of kyc on epf portal

I have already left the company and the bank account seeded in EPF portal is already closed if I ask my old employer to approve my new bank account and Pan Number on UAN portal which is uploaded by me then he is asking for a lot of money by telephone. I have already raised grievances with concerned provident fund office repeatedly but they keep telling me to contact the employer even when I have told that the employer is refusing to do so. Sir provident fund money is my money since I am no longer working I am in need of that money but employer people are making me run from pillar to post for the past two year. Please sir suggest me in getting Update KYC on UAN portal.
