With due respect, My name is Jaspreet Singh Bajwa s/o Mr. Narinder Singh Bajwa.I was working as a Computer Faculty in Government Sr. Secondary School(Boys), Dera Baba Nanak,Dist: Gurdaspur.I joined the school in second phase on dated 4/April/2006.My ref: number is 5/3-ICT-2006/Rectt./App./Ph-2/GP025.
Sir, due to following unfortunate reasons, I have to submit my resignation on dated 04/11/2008...
1.Story of my painful time started on 20/08/2008, when I come to know that my father has throat Cancer. This was one of disastrous day for me.Till this date my life was running very smoothly. I was working very hard in the school. People around me like my Principal and my colleagues were very happy with my work. Students were also very happy with my teaching method. Result of two years was also very satisfactory. I never participated in any union actitvities as I am a firm believer that Work is worship. While youwork hard you can achieve everything. But unfortunately everyting gone in opposite direction for me at least.
2.I have to leave the job, as after 20/08/2008, I have to choose between my father and job. My father was treated at Oswal Hospital Ludhiana. I have to company my father in the hospital. So during this period I could devote full time to my duties at school. So, I requested concerned authoties to allow me to go on without pay leave. But It was not possible as I was the only Computer teacher in the school. So I decided to leave the job as some other teacher could join the school as it was mid session.
3.So, after this date I never look back and started running here and there to treat my father. During this period we spend around 6 to 7 lakh Rupees in my father's treatment. As I am the only son here in India. My only other brother is in Australia , struggling with his earning of livelyhood.
4. But all this gone in vain as my father lost his life 4 July 2009. This was never ending loss to me and to my family. After this date, I could not able to control my emotions and went into shell, as I was very much connected to my father.
5. Today , my family is going through very hard time financially as well as emotionally. My mother is also not good in his health after my father's death. My wife is working in a Private school. We have a two kids.
I have total of 10 years of experience. I had written to various senior authorities.But all said that time to get the resignation back is gone. Resignation can only be taken back during 6 months of resignation. So I want to know through legal ways that is there any way I can change the rule by putting my case in legal fight. As I was forced to submit my resignation in some unfortunate circumstances.
