Regarding salary

Good evening sir/mam my name is sandeep.sir maine apni company mein 15 din ka notice period dia tha company ke rules ke according.but 15 din ke notice period mein main 3 din bimar tha jiski wjha se meri 3 din ki absent lagi.but ab manager keh raha ki 15 din ke baad extra 3 din aur lga otherwise salary hold kr lenge sir maine apna notice period pura kia hai please solution bataiye.aur jis dusri company mein meri joining hai main wha commitment bhi kr chuka hu

Approazch union to bargin with the management for your  relieving orders.Or the Labour Commissioner to pass orders for your salary dues and early relieving orders.

Agar chutti ki arji di hai or manjoor hui hai or bakaya chutti hai to pagaar nahi kaatni chahiye or agar chutti manjooor hui hai or  pagar kaat li hai to phir extar din kyun lagana hai.

Kya koi kaam baki hai?
