i was purchase a flat before a year ago in laxmi nagar new delhi on third floor backside i want to fitted the outer unit of my Airconditioner and tv antena on the top of the floor but fourth floor owner denied to install the same i dont know they have the roof right or not but they are not accepted to fitting the outddor unit
please advise what should be decision if i would file the case on the fourth floor owner
File a complaint in municipal authorities in your area.
