regarding reservation

dear indian citizens,

on one hand  our constitution describes art.14  which enumerates that everyone is equal before law and none should be deprive of it.    and when a person who is of white collor commits crime gets bail , and even acquittals, but it does't happen with normal citizens, severals are lingerring behind the bars for several year for the same or less henious crimes, for which other creamy persons are moving free, till today i have never seen life sentence or capital punishment for any creamy person. even after scandals of multi crores, high profile corruption, brutal murders etcc. many of simple citizens are languishing in jail and creamy persons are moving freely and enjoying a splendid life, so friends kindly reply for re building of our nation,

                            thanks

that is the irony of the legal system...  great topic for debates, seminars and discussions at news channels... a jurist would be the right person to talk about it........
