Regarding relieving letter and experience certificate

Hello sir, I was worked with one of the best companies in India as sales officer from march 2011 to aug 2014. I resigned the company on 2nd aug 2014 after having 3days counseling by my boss i regidt on my decision. My boss told me ok then send us the resignation letter and u can leave the comapany after 22nd aug 2014. I do exactly what my boss said. I release the company on 22nd nd moved to delhi where i got selected in giant company as Assistant Manager they asked me for releving letter nd experience certificate as i have not collected that on time of releasing so i go to the head office of company in noida. I asked the HR for it he says your letter was not issued by your seniors i asked them but why i do what my boss said to me they said ask your boss then we will give you documents. i asked my boss he said there is a problem you have to come here i said i stayed their nearly one month after giving my resignation as you said and handed over all the documents and neccessary things to you nd after verifying it you release me then what happen. he forced me to come back to resolve the problem so i go there as i want the letters egarly but they made me that confuse there that lost my hope to have releving letetr frm them they harrase me for 1month for the mistake which is not done by me as done by the sales promoter. the other companies AGM was very kind in nature as he waithed for me for 1mnth but lastly he told me that they have hired another candidate. My mind was not wrking nd after 1 mnth i gone from there back to my home as i was really upset by companies seniors as i believe on them on what they had said. today m doing business in patna. but my mind is still revolving on that issue. I dnt know what to do how to do please give me your advice. i have the resignation letter as my proof

From your draft and post it can be made out that you are not properly informed.

Now consult elders of the family, employee's/trade union leaders, Labor Law Consultnat and describe everything with dates and let them draft your representations to last and last to last employer and stake claim to damages.

It will take some time but your matter shall get resolved.
