Regarding police verification

Dear sir, When i was studying my B.Tech 3 years ago, i went to play cricket with my friends. Due to some misunderstanding, both the teams fought aganist each other lead to police complaint(petty case). In court, we are fined with 100 rs each. Will it effect my government job chances? Kindly answer my question. I am in full depression now. Thanks and regards, Anil.
