regarding ownership

We are a registered CHS in Borivali. Conveyance deed is executed by builder in favour of society we came to know that our plot is on lease by Trust & the trust has lease to company and company goes into liquidation and liquidator given land to other company that company sold plot to builder then builder develop and convayance to society Now, please suggest whether the plot is free from lease or the conveyance is done till the lease expire ?
