Regarding occupation certificate

I bought a flat in Pune Maharashtra location on June 2019 and got OC certificate on Sept 2019 which builder has shared and then I shifted to flat on 14 Nov.

As per OC certificate, building got OC till 8th floor where as building is 11 floor.

I would to know if this is possible if some flats has OC and others not?

Even after 1 year, Builder still fails to provide OC for remaining flats. So I feel I am living in illegal building. Could you please shed some light on this?

Builder also has not provided completion for building. What should we do now?

You should enquire with Pune Municipal Corporation, if the OC is for 8 floors then the extra floors are illegal. You should try and get them regularised.

Issue notice to the builder as well as Municipal Commissioner for construction of additional 3 floors without prior sanction.

It would be advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts / documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
