Sub: Past Service Counting.
I am presently working as ‘Central Excise Inspector’ from 01.01.2014. Earlier, I was working as “Assistant” in Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi from 14.09.2011 to 31.12.2013. Both of them are Central Government Departments and I joined the present Department only after tendering technical resignation from Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi.
What are rules for counting of service rendered in the previous department. I am governed by the New Pension Scheme, is there any provision for the same in the NPS.
