This is regarding Legal Heir certificate for house property in Tamilnadu.
We have got a small residential house in Tamilnadu post my Father's demise.We have got all the documents which is in Tamil. Now to register this in taluka/panchayat office, the officials are demanding "Legal Heir Certificate".
Please note the significant points
i. The house property belonged to my Father who has passed away and survived by his wife, i.e our Mother.
ii. The house property documents is in Tamil
iii. We are two brothers and two sisters.
iv. The legal heir certificate should be in English. Though we would prefer it in Tamil.
