Regarding for not releasing adhoc bonus in spite of the entitlement

Respected sir thank you for valuable suggession kindly let me know (1) please read the office memo issued till 2015 by the Ministry of Finance, Govt of India regarding the extension of adhoc bonus for the employees of autonomous body but the extension were not given for 2 yrs whether any possibility to relief may be obtained in the court of law or not Secondly, till financial year 2014-15 the autonomous body released adhoc bonus to its employees except School teachers who are awarded Senior as well as Selection Scale as per KVS norms whether we can claim to the competent authority of AUTONOMOUS BODY or not, If the competent authority of autonomous body is not accept our request then hon'ble court may kindly be relief or not. It is for your kind information that we the School teachers working in Aligarh Muslim University is a Central University(Autonomous body)
