regarding findings of prohibited homeopathic medicines

My uncle is having a homeopathic medicines seller in Patna. Two days back Drug Inspector conducted a raid in store and find some medicine in 450mL bottles. In Bihar, keeping of 450mL mother tincture and dilution bottles is prohibited in respect of anti liquor law. My query is what section or what offence will he has to face?
