Regarding family pension for depended

If female is facing cancer problem and her husband is facing cardiac and diabetes problem. Can female take pension of her father after him? Female has already one minor daughter. Please advise

Dear querist,

Answer to your query is on negative side, married and mentally capable daughter are not eligible for pension after death of father.

 

Still you can check with employer.
