reg _ land registration

sir I want to buy a land but land owner is a minor girl whose age is seventeen. At what age she will able to register the plot to me.

You cannot purchase the property from a minor excpet after the court permission through the guardian of the minor.

However you can wait untisl she attains majority i.e 18 years complete
