Since the plaintiff and the defendants - arrived on the out of court settlement- by virtue of
Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 the plaintiff is entitled to the refund of the court fee to the tune of Rs.
1,68,560/- from the Collector and a certificate be issued in this respect.
