Hi
I have booked a flat in Noida extension and paid 15% as booking amount and signed the application form. I did not go for agreement. Now there is stay from Highcourt and whole Noida extension is in cloud. Builder has given me the receipt in which the 15% amount has been adjusted against the various costs.
I want to know is there any time frame by which I can request for refund. At the moment I want to wait and watch for some time before asking refund. Also can the builder deduct something in this case.
Please advise.
