we have registered pvt ltd company just now with 3 directors, after a month 1 director wants to leave due to
personal reason, my question is whether we have to arrange another director or company can be run with remaining 2 directors.

A company can have a maximum of fifteen Directors – it can be increased further by passing a special resolution. Minimum Number of Director in Company are as follows: Private Limited Company – Minimumtwo Directors in case of Private Limited Company. Limited Company – Minimum three Directors in case of Limited Company.
