our society comes under fanal of private airport of pavan hans our plot area is 589 sq meter as per bmc we can construct 2.7times of*589 sq.meter but because of height restriction we cannot use full fsi (1590 sq meter) vertically (only 3 floor allowed), project is workable only if we get at least 5 floors is there any new relaxation in recent time? can we use our fsi horizontally? one more thing i would like to draw attention in the same area opposite of our road 7floor and 11 floor is allowed , is there any new relaxation in recent time? can we use our fsi horizontally? how to get additional height permission?
